Employment Assessment

This assessment is for organizations that have 15 or more part-time or full-time employees, and evaluates compliance with ADA Title I.

In this assessment, DisabilitySavvy will evaluate how you advertise for employees and volunteers, your employment forms, and your interview and hiring practices. This service will also review your disability accommodation request policy, and review accommodation requests that have been approved, or disallowed. If you currently have employees with disabilities, they can participate in this evaluation.

This assessment typically takes about 4 hours, and is billed at $75/hour, but your fee may vary, and will be for the actual time spent.
